LBTEK High-Power F-Theta Scan Lens is a flat-field scanning lens. It adopts UV fused silica as substrate and consists of lens groups integrated into a mechanical housing with a specific optical design. The height of the focused beam is defined as \(f\times\theta\) (\(\theta\) is the incident angle of incoming beam). Therefore, the angular velocity of the input beam is proportional to that of the output beam, allowing the scanning mirror to rotate at a constant angular speed. It is widely used to improve the capability of edge beam incidence onto detectors, homogenize non-uniform illumination on the detector photosensitive surface, and compensate field curvature and distortion of optical systems. LBTEK provides standard high-power F-theta scan lenses at 355 nm, 532 nm and 1064 nm, and supports flexible customization for various specifications.
