The MARS-321-176GTM-TN-SWIR F02 is a SWIR 10GigE camera launched by Daheng Imaging, equipped with a Sony IMX993 high-sensitivity sensor using SenSWIR technology. It captures wide-band image information from 400nm to 1700nm (visible light and short-wave infrared), replacing traditional "visible light camera + SWIR camera" setups. Its wide spectral response is suitable for multispectral applications. With a 10GigE interface supporting up to 10Gbit/s data transfer and high frame rate, it is ideal for semiconductor inspection— a high-reliability, cost-effective industrial digital camera.
